Grapefruit contains organic salicylic acid and is one of the most valuable fruits for dissolving inorganic calcium, which may have settled in the cartilage of the joints.
Pineapple--The bromelain content helps dissolve waste material accumulated in the joints.
Cucumber reduces acidity in arthritic/rheumatic conditions.
Ginger has components that inhibit the formation of inflammatory prostagladins therefore reducing pain.
