- 1 - grapefruit sliced
- 3 - tangerines sectioned
- 1 - cucumber sliced
- 1 bunch small bunch ( a few sprigs ) of mint leaves
- 1 - tray of ice ( or a quarter of a bag)
- 1/2 gallon water ( depending on the size of your pitcher ) to a
- 1 gallon water ( you may also use unflavored mineral water as well)

Step 1Wash grapefruit, tangerine cucumber and peppermint leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit Peel tangerine. Combine all ingredients fruits, vegetables, gallon of water, and ice into a large pitcher.
