Ingredients

  • 1 - grapefruit sliced
  • 3 - tangerines sectioned
  • 1 - cucumber sliced
  • 1 bunch small bunch ( a few sprigs ) of mint leaves
  • 1 - tray of ice ( or a quarter of a bag)
  • 1/2 gallon water ( depending on the size of your pitcher ) to a
  • 1 gallon water ( you may also use unflavored mineral water as well)

How To Make fabulous citrus cucumber water fat flush!!!!

  • Step 1
    Wash grapefruit, tangerine cucumber and peppermint leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit Peel tangerine. Combine all ingredients fruits, vegetables, gallon of water, and ice into a large pitcher.

    Refrigerate for about 15 minutes Stir & Enjoy!
