The original recipe is Joe Cross' Mean Green Juice #2 EXCEPT...I didn't have any spinach and I only used 1/2 a lemon. Tastes good over ice.

- 3 stalks kale
- 2 large apples, golden delicious, peeling included
- small parsley, handful
- 1/2 small lemon, peeling included
- 1 medium cucumber, peeling included
How To Make mean green morning juice

Step 1Wash produce. Cut and decore apple.

Step 2Feed all in your juicer. Serve over ice.

Step 3Note: You can put unused juice in a jar with a tight lid to drink later in the day. Very refreshing!
