How to Make Japanese Iced Sencha Tea- Cool brew
- Place loose tea leaves in a pitcher or teapot with a strainer piece to contain the leaves.
- Pour cool water over tea. Let steep in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Shake pitcher softly, horizontally, to get an even flavor. Serve as is or over ice.
