- 1 cup almonds
- 4 cups water
- - sweetener of any kind
- - vanilla extract
How To Make almond milk and almond meal

Step 1soak the almonds in the water overnight.

Step 2process the almonds and water in a blender a minute or two, strain and add (guava- sugar- fake sweetener or other sweetening agent to taste)add vanilla.

Step 3lasts 3-4 days in the fridge.

Step 4To create almond meal you simply take the strained pulp, as dry as possible so strain well. place on a cookie sheet in a oven at the lowest setting(or a food dehydrator at appropriate setting for meal) for two to three hours stirring and checking often. This can be used as flour.
