  3. Add one tablespoon of cinnamon and store in a mason quart jar in fridge. Dosage drink 1/4th cup first thing every morning.
  4. Live and breathe so so very much BETTER.Fights// sinus-colds--chloresterol--high-blood---diabetes-fat--tumors--old age--stamina(100yr old can feel 20 years old).Too many body and soul health benefits to even mention.In ten days I at 54 do feel 24.I can hardly stand it to wait and see the oncoming benefits that are surely continuing to happen to me.
