We all need to drink more water, at least 8 glasses or more a day. Sometimes it is just hard to do, especially if that craving for a soda or ice tea hits you! You could always drink flavored water, but those pre-packaged bottles of water always leave me with the feeling that something is missing. Here is a recipe to make your own refreshing and delicious flavored water. It makes 8 1/2 cups. I make it by the pitcher, and when it is gone, I know that I have my quota of water for the day. Use whatever combinations you wish. Try some berries for fruit flavored water. Enjoy!
