Ingredients
- 10 cups water
- 4 - peppermint tea bags
- 1 - achote/cut into pieces
- 1 - ginger piece, peeled and cut up
- 4 - lemons
- 1/2 cup honey
How To Make de-bloat/detox concoction

Step 1In a large sauce pan bring all ingredients ( except honey) to a boil.

Step 2turn off,cover and steep 15 mins.

Step 3Let cool and strain...

Step 4place in a glass jar and add the honey, stir well and keep at room temperature.

Step 5Drink throughout the day...enough for 2 days.
