2slice fruit, put in container and "muddle" which means to just sort of push on it to get the juices out but you don't want to crush the fruit
3add ice, then water. Stir. Let sit for about an hour and enjoy. The longer you let it sit, the more fruit you will taste.
4VARIATIONS: You can use any fruit or herbs that you want, it all depends on taste. I thought this would be wonderful with some mint but I didn't have any on hand and didn't want to pay the grocery store price for it.
