Stir in remaining ingredients, until honey and salt are well dissolved.
Can make frothy in a blender, or add a portion to a mason jar with a lid, and shake until frothy. I portion out all of it into lidded mason jars using a ladle, refrigerate leftovers, then microwave to heat & shake to get frothy, when ready to serve.
This is very rich, but my kid on a very limited intro stage of the SCD in order to treat Crohn’s drinks a lot of this & it helps to keep on weight. I currently will make a double batch & it keeps in the fridge until all of it is used.
