Spiced Full Bodied Golden MIlk
Typically multiply for several cups. Can also premix the powdered ingredients together for easier use.
Also a great soup base.
1/2 calmond milk
1/2 ccoconut milk, unsweetened
1/2 tspcoconut oil
1/2 tspturmeric, ground
1/8 tspblack pepper
1/2 tspvanilla extract
How to Make Spiced Full Bodied Golden MIlk
- Heat ingredients except for the vanilla to almost a boil. Remove from heat and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Add the vanilla.
- Remove the cinnamon stick and retain. Pour the liquid into a blender or food processor. High for a few minutes just till the ginger is processed.
- Pour into cup, sprinkle with cinnamon, add the cinnamon stick and serve.
You can add fruit such as dates and figs, in the 1st step.
You can add cocoa or anything that sounds good to you. The goal is to use fresh unprocessed ingredients.
