Natural Remedy for Winter Ailments

Paula Todora

Shared by a friend who said it's been in her Asian family over 100 years used for treatment of colds and lack of energy. The benefits are amazing, especially if caught early. When you are feeling just a little "puny" make a pot and drink up!

I keep it covered and simmering on the stove all day in the winter and then refrigerate it at night. Heat it up again for wonderful healing powers.
