  • 1/4 c
    cocoa, unsweetened
  • 6 pkg
  • 1 c
    fat free half and half
  • 1 dash(es)
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c
    hot water

How to Make Fat Free Sugar Free Hot Chocolate


  1. In a medium Saucepan over low to medium heat with a whisk carefully mix dry ingredients with water and Non fat Half and half. Stir with whisk until smooth and cocoa and splenda and cinnamon dissolved.As it begings to heat, add vanilla. Do not boil. Serve preferred hot chocolate temperature. Do not scald the hot chocolate.
