Ok so one day I wanted a shake but did not want to ruin my diet, so came up with this refreshingly different drink. No it is not a shake but it was a nice treat that kept me from cheating. The recipe does not include time it takes to make Jello.

- 2 cups prepared gelatin, any flavor made according to package directions (i like to use sugar free)
- 1 cup milk, 1%
How To Make jello drink

Step 1Mix the Jello and milk in a blender for about 5 seconds. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
