  • 6 ounces coconut milk, unsweetened (for best flavor don't use a low fat coconut milk)
  • 1/2 cup mango, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh kale leaves

How To Make good greens' smoothie

  • Step 1
    Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut milk or some crushed ice.
