- 6 ounces coconut milk, unsweetened (for best flavor don't use a low fat coconut milk)
- 1/2 cup mango, chopped
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh kale leaves
How To Make good greens' smoothie

Step 1Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut milk or some crushed ice.
