- 1 cup raw shelled pistachios
- - water for rinsing
- 4 cups water (if your tap water is at all questionable, use purified water from the store)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (can sub in almond extract if you're more a fan of that)

Step 1Rinse shelled, raw pistachio nuts with water & drain

Step 2Mix nuts with four cups water Add in extract

Step 3Blend in food processor Strain into clean container Store in fridge for up to three days

Step 4NOTE: the excess pistachio pulp left in your strainer is a wonderful facial mask/scrub ~
