  • 1 c
    raw shelled pistachios
  • ·
    water for rinsing
  • 4 c
    water (if your tap water is at all questionable, use purified water from the store)
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract (can sub in almond extract if you're more a fan of that)

How to Make Green Goddess Pistachio Milk


  1. Rinse shelled, raw pistachio nuts with water & drain
  2. Mix nuts with four cups water
    Add in extract
  3. Blend in food processor
    Strain into clean container
    Store in fridge for up to three days
  4. NOTE: the excess pistachio pulp left in your strainer is a wonderful facial mask/scrub ~
