Ingredients

1 c
raw shelled pistachios
water for rinsing
4 c
water (if your tap water is at all questionable, use purified water from the store)
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract (can sub in almond extract if you're more a fan of that)

How to Make Green Goddess Pistachio Milk

Step-by-Step

  • 1Rinse shelled, raw pistachio nuts with water & drain
  • 2Mix nuts with four cups water
    Add in extract
  • 3Blend in food processor
    Strain into clean container
    Store in fridge for up to three days
  • 4NOTE: the excess pistachio pulp left in your strainer is a wonderful facial mask/scrub ~
