I am constantly looking for a way to eat or drink my daily fruit requirements. This easy, healthy beverage uses fresh frozen and canned fruit. (Peaches & Pears) I love the variety of fruit and how quick & easy it is to make. Hope you & your family enjoy this as much as mine does.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit cocktail, canned packed in water well drained
  • 3 1/2 ounces strawberries, frozen
  • 5 1/2 ounces banana, frozen, cut in half
  • 3 cups tea, sweet, cold pre-made or cold water
  • 1 tablespoon splenda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

How To Make fruit cocktail beverage

  • Step 1
    In blender combine fruit cocktail, tea/water, splenda & cinnamon. Blend well.
  • Step 2
    Add frozen strawberries, blend again.
  • Step 3
    Finally, add banana, 1/2 at a time, blending after each.
