Found this recipe that will help flatten your tummy on my face book page. My friend swears by it, so I just had to share.

  • 6 cups filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 cucumber ,sliced
  • 1 lemon ,sliced
  • 1/3 mint leaves

How To Make flat tummy water..

  • Step 1
    Infuse overnight in your fridge in a large jug.
  • Step 2
    Drink through out the next day.
