  • 1 medium
    watermelon
  • 2
    limes
  • 1 Tbsp
    simple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1 c
    cool water
  • GARNISH

  • 1
    lime

How to Make Agua Fresca - Watermelon water

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut up the melon, put in a blender, juice the limes, add the water, add the sweetener. Blitz in the blender and carefully pour through a mesh into a pincher. Add more simple syrup or Agave nectar to taste.
  2. To make simple syrup: 2 cups raw sugar, 1 cup of water.
    Pour into a saucepan without stirring allow the sugar to dissolve and come to boil. She it becomes syrupy remove from heat, let it cool down and pour into a container. You can use this for any beverage that needs sweetener.
  3. You can slice the Lime and place on the rim of your glass, drink and enjoy
