How to Make Creamy Hot Chocolate - Cassies

  1. In a large saucepan, stir together the cocoa, sugar and salt.
  2. Pour in the milk, cream and water...Using a whisk, stir to blend the cocoa into the milk. Remain stirring over medium heat, until heated through to your desired enough to melt your marshmallows.
  3. Take from heat and add your extracts and cinnamon if using.

I add a dollop of marshmallow cream to the bottom of my mug, then it floats to the top as the hot chocolate is ladled in.
