- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 6 cups vegetable juice cocktail
How To Make vegetable ice

Step 1Pour above ingredients into ice cube trays and freeze. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.

Step 2Spoon into sherbet glasses and garnish with a lemon slice and sprig of mint.

Step 3This would also be great to leave frozen as ice cubes and add them to drinks.
