Ingredients

  • 1 / 2 cups water
  • 1 / 2 cups sugar
  • 2 - 750 ml bottles of chilled brut champagne
  • 1&1/2 cup white rum
  • 1&1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • - pomegranate seeds
  • 1 large lemon, thinly sliced
  • - fresh mint leaves
  • - ice block

How To Make pomegranate champagne punch

  • Step 1
    Bring the water and sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves, 5 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Step 2
    Combine all the liquid ingredients in a punch bowl. Gently lower in encased ice. Garnish with the mint, lemon slices, and pomegranate seeds.
