    750 ml bottles of chilled brut champagne
  • 1&1/2 c
    white rum
  • 1&1/4 c
    pomegranate juice
  • ·
    pomegranate seeds
  • 1 large
    lemon, thinly sliced
  • ·
    fresh mint leaves
  • ·
    ice block

How to Make Pomegranate Champagne Punch


  1. Bring the water and sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves, 5 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Combine all the liquid ingredients in a punch bowl. Gently lower in encased ice. Garnish with the mint, lemon slices, and pomegranate seeds.
