  • 2 1/2 oz
    cranberry juice
  • 1/2 oz
    cointreau or triple sec orange liqueur
  • ·
    brut champagne
  • ·
    maraschino cherries

How to Make Poinsettias


  1. Chill all of the ingredients beforehand.
  2. Pour the Cointreau and cranberry juice into a chilled Champagne flute. Stir Well.
  3. Top with Champagne. Drop in a maraschino cherry.
  4. For quick party service, mix the first two ingredients and store in a chilled pitcher. When it is time to serve, simply pour 3 ounces from the pitcher and top with Champagne.
