This cocktail will be a big hit at your next brunch. I can't wait to serve this to my friends. The hibiscus tea adds a different, distinct taste. Very refreshing!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 - hibiscus tea bags (I used Tazo Passion)
  • - orange juice
  • - prosecco, chilled

How To Make hibiscus sparkler

  • Step 1
    In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and stir until all sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and steep the teabags for 15 minutes. Put into a container and chill.
  • Step 2
    For each drink, pour into a glass: . 2 tablespoons hibiscus tea syrup . 1 tablespoon orange juice . fill with Prosecco
  • Step 3
    Garnish with orange slice and serve.
