Ingredients
- 1 cup watermelon, scooped into balls
- 1 cup cantaloupe, scooped into balls
- 1 cup pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed
- 1 large orange, washed, sliced and halved
- 2 large firm kiwifruits, peeled, sliced and halved
- 1 1/2 liters sauvignon blanc, chilled
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 ounces orange liqueur such as cointreau
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 cups 7up® lemon-lime soda
How To Make white sangria
-
Step 1Make some watermelon and cantaloupe balls using a small scoop or melon baller - because they’re round, although the recipe is for 1 cup each, go over like 1 ½ to 1 ¾ cups.
-
Step 2To a large pitcher, add the watermelon and cantaloupe balls followed by pineapple cubes. Add orange slices and kiwifruits. To this, pour in white wine, freshly squeezed orange juice and orange liqueur.
-
Step 3Gently stir everything without crushing the fruits, put the lid on and transfer to the fridge for at least 2 hours or up to 6 hours.
-
Step 4A few hours later, add the strawberries, ice cubes and lemon-lime soda. Gently stir until well mixed and serve immediately.
