I made this for a Christmas party and it was being gobbled up faster than I could turn it out. My Son came into the kitchen and asked how many batches I had made - when I said seven, his reply was "My Mother - the tee-totaler." We still make is 45 yrs. later

Ingredients
- 1/2 gallon eggnog ice ceam
- 1/2 gallon whole milk
- 4 - eggs, beaten separately (whites & yolks)
- 1 cup brandy
- 1 cup rum
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg or to taste
- CHRISTMAS EGGNOG
How To Make egg nog

Step 1Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside. Mix liquors together. Beat egg yolks with sugar. Add the milk and beat again thoroughly. Add the liquors, stirring and then the ice cream. Sprinkle the nutmeg over the top and listen for the raves.

Step 2If you cannot find eggnog ice cream, just soften vanilla ice cream and add nutmeg to taste.
