Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 - egg yolk slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make vanilla cream pudding

Step 1blend sugar, cornstarch and salt into a heavy saucepan. In bowl, mix egg yolk and milk. Gradually stir milk mixture into sugar mixture.

Step 2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly , until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir for 1 full minute.

Step 3Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into dessert dishes and allow to cool slighty and then chill and serve. Or eat warm!
