Ingredients For vanilla cream pudding

1/3 csugar

2 Tbspcornstarch
-
1/8 tspsalt

2 cmilk
-
2egg yolk slightly beaten

2 Tbspsoftened butter
-
2 tspvanilla
How To Make vanilla cream pudding

1blend sugar, cornstarch and salt into a heavy saucepan. In bowl, mix egg yolk and milk. Gradually stir milk mixture into sugar mixture.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly , until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir for 1 full minute.

3Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into dessert dishes and allow to cool slighty and then chill and serve. Or eat warm!
