I love the tangy flavor of lemon with the sweetness of blueberries swirled together. It makes for such a delicious dessert. The lemon zest and sugar coated blueberries on top makes it poppin' with fruity fresh goodness!

I love these dessert shooters because I can still induldge without all the guilt. I can also serve them to family and friends and they can experience a rich and delish dessert that looks so tantalizing and tempting to the tongue.

Also, this cooked type of pudding makes this taste just like lemon meringue.

P.S. You could use any small clear plastic cup to make these beautiful desserts.

Hope you will try them out.

How to Make Lemon Blueberry Swirl Dessert Shooters

Step-by-Step

  1. Lemon pudding; prepare as directed.
  2. Prepare you blueberry compote or use blueberry jam.

Start layering with graham cracker crumbs at bottom. (I just used the crumbs w/o butter for healthier version.) Then place a spoonful of lemon pudding, next your blueberry compote and then layer again or just put cream or whip topping.
  3. Here is a one layer short shooter.
  4. Here is a tall two layer shooter.
  5. Don't forget the lemon zest and sugar coated blueberries for your garnish.
  6. For kids, you can garnish with a twizzler too.
