I love the tangy flavor of lemon with the sweetness of blueberries swirled together. It makes for such a delicious dessert. The lemon zest and sugar coated blueberries on top makes it poppin' with fruity fresh goodness! I love these dessert shooters because I can still induldge without all the guilt. I can also serve them to family and friends and they can experience a rich and delish dessert that looks so tantalizing and tempting to the tongue. Also, this cooked type of pudding makes this taste just like lemon meringue. P.S. You could use any small clear plastic cup to make these beautiful desserts. Hope you will try them out.
