This makes for a great summer treat. You get to enjoy a low calorie snack, made with healthy fruits and just the right amount of sweetness to satisfy your palate. You can use any pudding flavor with any fresh fruit. My favorite is French Vanilla with Fresh Organic Strawberries and Bananas.

Ingredients
- 1 package jell-o, instant pudding (use dry ingredients only)
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 1/2 package dream whip (use dry ingredients only)
How To Make fruit dip

Step 1Mix dry ingredients of any Jell-O, Instant Pudding Mix with a 1/2 packet of Dream Whip

Step 2Combine dry ingredients into an 8oz container of Cool Whip (You can mix right in the Cool Whip container)

Step 3Refridgerate for a few hours before serving

Step 4Stir and enjoy with any Fresh Fruit
