Ingredients For berry berry cheesecake parfaits

  • 1 pkg
    philly cream cheese, softened
  • 1-1/2 c
    milk, cold
  • 1 pkg
    jell-o vanilla flavor instant pudding
  • 1-1/2
    vanilla wafers, coarsely chopped
  • 1-1/2 c
    mixed berries, blueberrie & strawberries fresh & sliced

How To Make berry berry cheesecake parfaits

  • 1
    First beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl with a mixer until creamy. Then gradually add in the milk & beat well. Then add in the pudding & mix well. Whisk in 1 cup COOL WHIP.

    Next layer halfof each of the wafers, berries * pudding mixture into parfait glasses. And repeat with layers.

    Then top with remaining COOL WHIP.
