Strawberry Pie

Krystal Actis

This is a favorite that my Mother-in-Law makes for the family. It's really easy to change the sugar to splenda for a diabetic friendly treat.

You can easily add flavored jam to the top of this pie for contrast.
Use 2 TableSpoons of your selected jam, and 2 teaspoons of water. Microwave for 30 seconds. Spoon onto the pie.

You can also use flavored cream cheese.
