This is a recipe that I've been making for close to 30 years. It tastes like the most amazing pumpkin pie without the fuss and calories of a crust.

A wonderful recipe for young and old alike. Very quick and easy.

  • 1 2/3 c
    canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
  • 3/4 c
    white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 3 large
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 c
    evaporated milk
  • ·
    cinnamon, optional
  • ·
    whipped cream, optional

How to Make Pumpkin Pie Custard (Very Quick & Easy)


  1. Beat all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into a lightly buttered 9x13 (or equivalent) pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Watch carefully as oven temperatures vary.
  4. Cool until warm. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
