salt

cinnamon
1/2 tsp
ginger
1/4 tsp
cloves

eggs
15 oz
pure pumpkin
12 oz
evaporated milk
1
9 inch deep dish pastry shell

How to Make Pumpkin Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl.
  • 2In large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in dry ingredient mixture. Gradually stir in canned milk.
  • 3Pour into shell and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees; bake for 40-50 minutes. Cool for 2 hours before serving.
