Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 2 - eggs
- 15 ounces pure pumpkin
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 1 - 9 inch deep dish pastry shell
How To Make pumpkin pie

Step 1Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl.

Step 2In large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in dry ingredient mixture. Gradually stir in canned milk.

Step 3Pour into shell and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees; bake for 40-50 minutes. Cool for 2 hours before serving.
