Ingredients

CRUST 1ST LAYER

2 cself rising flour
-
2 stickmargerine, softned

1 cchopped nuts, your choice i used pecans

FILLING 2ND LAYER
-
8 ozcream cheese
-
1 lbpowdered sugar
-
1 largecontainer cool whip
-
TOPPING 3RD LAYER
-
1 can(s)peach pie filling, or your favorite pie filling
How to Make Peach Crunch
- Preheat oven to 350
- Crust prep 1st layer
Mix flour, butter and nuts. Press evenly into pan (i use a lasagna pan). Bake at 350 until lightly brown about 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely - Filling prep 2nd layer
Combine 8oz cream cheese, 1 pound of powdered sugar and 1 large container of cool whip. Mixture may be thick, but should be smooth. Spread evenly over crust. - Topping 3rd layer
1 can of Peach pie filling spread evenly over top.
You can use any fruit pie filling you like whatever is your favorite.
Keep refridgerated any leftover.
