This apple pie recipe was giving to me by a friend. You must have the ice cream. And it's easy.

Ingredients

  • 3 OR 4 large baking apples
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/.2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • TOPPING:
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter

How To Make paper bag apple pie

  • Step 1
    Peel apples, cut into quarters then cut each quarter crosswise to make chunks.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle flour, sugar, and nutmeg over apples until well coated.
  • Step 3
    Put in a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle over with lemon juice.
  • Step 4
    Cover with the topping mixture. Slide into large paper bag, fold over end of bag and fasten with paper clips.
  • Step 5
    Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, slit bag and cool.
  • Step 6
    Serve with cheese or ice cream.
