This apple pie recipe was giving to me by a friend. You must have the ice cream. And it's easy.

Ingredients
- 3 OR 4 large baking apples
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/.2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter
How To Make paper bag apple pie

Step 1Peel apples, cut into quarters then cut each quarter crosswise to make chunks.

Step 2Sprinkle flour, sugar, and nutmeg over apples until well coated.

Step 3Put in a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle over with lemon juice.

Step 4Cover with the topping mixture. Slide into large paper bag, fold over end of bag and fasten with paper clips.

Step 5Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, slit bag and cool.

Step 6Serve with cheese or ice cream.
