Kim is our niece and made this for our family reunion in South Dakota. I thought it was delicious and asked for the recipe. I have never made it but know it it delicious

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 3/4 c
    margarine
  • 1- 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1---8oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • ·
    fresh or canned fruit of your choice
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    orange juice
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Kim's Fruited Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 3/4 cup marg and 1- 1/2 cup flour. pat into pizza pan and bake 325* 8-12 min.
    cool
  2. mix together cream cheese, 1/2 cup white sugar and 1 tsp vanilla mix well so sugar will be disolved, and spread on cooled crust.
  3. arange sliced fresh or canned (well drained)fruit on top and glaze with the following:
  4. 2 tbsp cornstarch, 1/2 cup sugar and juice ( you can use one of the following juice combinations) cook until clear cover top of fruit.
  5. 1 cup orange juice and 1 tsp lemon juice
    or
    1 cup fruit juice and 1 Tbsp lemon juice
