Ingredients
- 2 pints fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 tablespoon white flour
- 1 - baked pie shell, 9"
How To Make fresh blueberry summer pie

Step 1Combine 1 pint blueberries and the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan on the stove. Medium heat, stir periodically until the sauce thickens, approx 15 minutes or so.

Step 2Cool slightly and pour into a 9 inch baked pie shell.

Step 3Pour the other pint of blueberries on top and pat them gently into the cooked berries. You may want to add another handful or so of blueberries on top so that the entire surface is fresh berries. Serve with whipped cream.
