Cranberry Apple Crisp
4 largegreen apples,peeled,cored and sliced 1/2 " thick
1 ccanned cranberries,whole
3/4 cbrown sugar
1/2 call purpose flour
1/2 cquick cooking oats
3/4 tspcinnamon, ground
1/3 cbutter, softened
How to Make Cranberry Apple Crisp
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Lightly coat an 10-inch-round deep dish baking stone with butter. Add apples and cranberries to the deep dish baker. Combine the sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and softened butter in a bowl. Sprinkle over the fruit and bake until golden brown--about 40 minutes.
- Serve hot with ice cream or cold with whipped cream.
