Ingredients

  • 4 large green apples,peeled,cored and sliced 1/2 " thick
  • 1 cup canned cranberries,whole
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg,ground
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened

How To Make cranberry apple crisp

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Lightly coat an 10-inch-round deep dish baking stone with butter. Add apples and cranberries to the deep dish baker. Combine the sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and softened butter in a bowl. Sprinkle over the fruit and bake until golden brown--about 40 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Serve hot with ice cream or cold with whipped cream. Enjoy
