Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons flour, self-rising or all-purpose
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups angel flake coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large unbaked pie shell or 2 small
How To Make coconut macaroon pie

Step 1Beat eggs, sugar and salt until mixture is lemon colored.

Step 2Add butter and flour.

Step 3Add milk, vanilla and coconut.

Step 4Pour into pie shell(s) and bake at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes.
