This is one of the DESSERT ITEMS on the menu for my husband's SPECIAL APPRECIATION DINNER on Sunday. It is very tasty, and the nuts gives it a special crunch. The recipe is from my BETTER HOMES & GARDENS CHRISTmas COOKING FROM THE HEART cookbooks. The addition of cool whip or whipped topping with a sprinkle of mini chocolate sprinkles adds just the right amount of added creaminess. This pie is simple & easy. If you have never tried chess pie, then this is the one to try, you will be hooked on the very first bite. Chocolate lovers take note, you cant loose with this one. Hubby loved it
