candied walnut and cranberry spice pie crust

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cranberries, fresh
- 3/4 cup candied walnuts
- 1/2 cup instant oatmeal
- 1/2 cup irish oatmeal (steel cut)
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon molasses, dark
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice, ground
- - water if needed
How To Make candied walnut and cranberry spice pie crust

Step 1Place all ingredients in a food processor.

Step 2Pulse about 5 times then blend smooth.

Step 3If needed, add a teaspoon of water at a time.

Step 4Press into a greased pie dish.

Step 5Fill with pie filling. Bake as usual.

Step 6If leaving pie crust exposed, use a pie ring for half of the baking time.
