How to Make Alma's Pie Crust
- Mix flour and Crisco with a pastry blended or fork until like cornmeal.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Pour in water and work the dough with your hands until well mixed. The dough will be very stiff, add more water as needed for right consistency. Just a little tiny bit at a time !
- Place in refrigerator until ready to use, better if it rest overnight.
- ***You may freeze this pie dough until you need it. Just wrap amount of dough you will need for a pie crust and wrap in plastic wrap then a ziplock.
