Ingredients
- 2 cups turbinado sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup raisins
How To Make spicy zucchini bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 9x5 loaf pans.

Step 2Beat sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth, fold in zucchini.

Step 3In another bowl, stir flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, baking powder and cloves together.

Step 4Gradually fold flour mixture into the sugar mixture until batter is mixed. Fold in walnuts and raisins - mix well.

Step 5Pour mixture into the prepared loaf pans. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean - about 55 minutes.
