turbinado sugar
1 c
vegetable oil
3
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract
2 c
shredded zucchini
3 c
all purpose flour
1 Tbsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
nutmeg
1/2 tsp
ground cloves
1/4 tsp
baking powder
1 c
walnuts, chopped
1 c
raisins

How to Make SPICY ZUCCHINI BREAD

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 9x5 loaf pans.
  • 2Beat sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth, fold in zucchini.
  • 3In another bowl, stir flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, baking powder and cloves together.
  • 4Gradually fold flour mixture into the sugar mixture until batter is mixed. Fold in walnuts and raisins - mix well.
  • 5Pour mixture into the prepared loaf pans. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean - about 55 minutes.
