Another traditional Indian sweet delicacy. Easy and can be prepared within a few minutes. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup black sesame
  • 3/4 cup palm sugar / brown sugar
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder (optional)
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons ghee
  • 1/2 cup peanuts

How To Make sesame balls

  • Step 1
    Dry roast black sesame until a nutty aroma fills your nostrils. Keep it aside and let cool. Dry roast groundnuts. Let cool.
  • Step 2
    Grind roasted ingredients into a course powder.
  • Step 3
    Add palm sugar or brown sugar and grind the mixture again (one or two times).
  • Step 4
    Now, add cardamom powder (optional) and ghee and mix well.
  • Step 5
    Shape them into small / medium sized balls. Store them in an airtight container. Consume within few days for best taste.
