Ingredients
- 1 cup black sesame
- 3/4 cup palm sugar / brown sugar
- 1 pinch cardamom powder (optional)
- 1 - 2 teaspoons ghee
- 1/2 cup peanuts
How To Make sesame balls

Step 1Dry roast black sesame until a nutty aroma fills your nostrils. Keep it aside and let cool. Dry roast groundnuts. Let cool.

Step 2Grind roasted ingredients into a course powder.

Step 3Add palm sugar or brown sugar and grind the mixture again (one or two times).

Step 4Now, add cardamom powder (optional) and ghee and mix well.

Step 5Shape them into small / medium sized balls. Store them in an airtight container. Consume within few days for best taste.
