These are a great little snack on hot summer day :)


Note: I make some with semi-sweet chocolate and some with dark. The dark chocolate adds those good antioxidants to this yummy treat.

How to Make Frozen Banana Treats

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice up as many bananas as you'd like. Each slice should be about 1/2" - 1" thick.
  2. Put peanut butter between two banana slices. Making a sandwich. The amount of peanut butter is all up to you. You can use as little or as much as you'd like.
  3. Place the banana peanut butter sandwiches in the freezer for 1 hour.
  4. Remove from the freezer and coat them in melted chocolate. Put them back into the freezer for another 2-3 hours.
