fantastic cinnamon rolls (bread machine )
I wish I could take the credit for this fantastic recipe ,but I can not .My best friend ,Shelia called me and told me about it .It is from another site .I all ways like to give credit to the original Baker ,she did not have her name on the site only her baking name Quest 4zbest..I think they are the most amazing cinnamon rolls and I think you will agree. I will be posting photos soon .

Ingredients
- 1 cup warm milk (110 degrees )
- 2 - eggs (room temp)
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 - teaspoons bread machine yeast
- FILLING
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 1/2 - tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter
- FROSTING
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
How To Make fantastic cinnamon rolls (bread machine )

Step 1Place all Ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer.Select Dough cycle and press start

Step 2In separate bowl combine cinnamon and sugar .

Step 3After dough is finished ,turn it out onto lightly floured surface and roll out into a 16x24 rectangle. Brush dough with soften butter and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and sugar mixture .Roll up dough and cut in to 12 rolls. Place in a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Cover and let rise until all most double in a warm area . Preheat oven to 400 degrees f.

Step 4Bake rolls for 14-16 minutes .While rolls are baking ,beat together Cream Cheese ,1/4 cup of Butter ,Confectioners Sugar, Vanilla Extract and Salt. Spread frosting on rolls while they on warm rolls
