It is so simple and easy to make, you will wonder what took you so long to do it, you can even use evaporated milk and still get the same consistency. Add vanilla extract or other flavors of extracts or flavorings for the flavor you need in the recipe. Hope you like. If you don't have a double boiler use a skillet half filled with water as I did.
