here is a diabetic recipe from me!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 6 ounces uncooked regular oats
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • - sugar substitute for 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/4 cup vegtable oil
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • - cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

How To Make diabetic oatmeal blueberry muffins

  • Step 1
    Combine flour, oats, baking powder, sugar substitute, and salt in a medium bowl, make a well in center of mixture.
  • Step 2
    Combibe milk,egg, and oil; add to dry ingrediants, stirring just until moistened. gently fold in blueberries.
  • Step 3
    spoon batter in muffin pans coated with cookin spray, filling 2/3 full. sprinkle cinnamon over muffins, and bake at 450f for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned ummmmmm
